Why did EEM Creative change its name?

We found that many people had difficulty with the name "EEM Creative," so we rebranded to e3 creative. The company, team, and services are exactly the same — just a simpler name.

Are EEM Creative and e3 creative the same company?

Yes, 100%. e3 creative is the new name for EEM Creative. Same ownership, same team, same services. If you've worked with EEM Creative in the past, you're already working with e3 creative.

Why do I see "EEM CREATIVE" or "E3 CREATIVE" on my bank statement?

Both names refer to the same company. We process payments on behalf of event organizers. If you purchased a ticket or registered for an event, the charge is the payment for that event. Check your email for a confirmation or receipt from the event.

I don't remember attending an event. What should I do?

First, check with family members or friends who may have used your card to purchase tickets. You can also search your email for any event confirmations. If you still can't identify the charge, contact us with the date and amount, and we'll help you track it down.
